I am reading Our Lady og the Lost and Found featuring the Holy Mother herself!
Each morning my head is swimming as I find my 'clear seeing vippasana meditation, with Her image. I gaze onto the green carpet and her face and image are a sea of Marys.Ir just happens that I also working on this year's Christmas card. The three are working seamlessly.
I have finished the card and am enthralled by where the fiction work and clear seeing have taken me.
Now this is the situation.
"The honeymoon is Over!" as Yvonne has put it.
I am at a plateau in my 100th day of sitting. Mt mind is racing and grasping for images to keep itself distracted from the next layer of itself.
This is good news and I will simply stick it!
Sit and continually bring my bouncy little mind back to the calm abiding of the breath.
I am happy for the guidance.
